Since it’s a Visa Signature card, the FICO requirements could be somewhat high as it is only issued to people with very good to excellent credit. Yet, it’s not the best card for carrying balances with an APR range of 14.99% to 21.99%.

The one concern about this credit card is the issuer. Although Barclays has improved its customer service over time, they have been known to lag behind some of the top credit card companies in this very important category.
